The New England Plant Conservation Program and 67 government agencies and private organizations have established a set of guidelines to preserve rare and endangered plants throughout New England. The project will produce a list of endangered plants in New England that will have no legal standing but would provide a reference to help state agencies and private organizations establish priorities
