Art Review piece on Ladder Company 3 FDNY, an exhibition of photographs by Portland attorney Jack Montgomery focusing on the men of Ladder Company 3 in New York City\u27s Greenwich Village on Sept. 11. Twelve of the company\u27s 27 men who responded to the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center died that day. The exhibit is currently being presented at the Portland Museum of Art in Portland and will later move to the Center for Maine Contemporary Art in Rockport
