Bangor businessman Christopher Hutchins announced this week that his family will build an amphitheater along the Penobscot River and donate it to Bangor as a catalyst for the city\u27s development. Hutchins is the publisher and editor of the Maine Times. Mayor Mike Aube called the gift an opportunity for Bangor to be one of the best small cities in America.
