Focus: Health Care piece on the Maine Department of Health and Human Services\u27 (DHHS) MaineCare program, with a focus on its Medicaid billing problem. The computer failure arbitrarily suspended hundreds of thousands of provider claims, tying of hundreds of millions of dollars in reimbursements to health care providers. Rep.
