Focus on Northern Maine piece on Mars Hill-based Naturally Potatoes, where overall business has increased 75 percent over the last year and a $1 million expansion is in the works. Rodney McCrum and 13 other farmers founded the company in 1997 and found a ready market for their high quality, fresh, value-added potato products in the food service industry. They also focus on customer service and culinary support. The company was named to the state Department of Environmental Protection\u27s Step-Up program in recognition of its environmentally sustainable practices. The company turns waste water into snow, which melts in the summer and irrigates potato fields
