Focus on Energy & Utilities piece on Hayes Gahagan, who is proposing a Loring BioEnergy plant in Limestone. The 55-megawatt congeneration plant would pipe in natural gas through a dormant jet fuel pipeline to produce electricity for the wholesale market and then sell the heat generated thermal energy.
