Roger Moody and 13 residents created the nonprofit Camden Area Futures in 2006 to study ways to foster sustainable development in town, and later he tried to facilitate Wayfarer\u27s proposal as part of the group\u27s mission. Wayfarer hoped the condos would help save its boat business, the town\u27s largest maritime employer.
