Article about the Maine Medical Center\u27s Mental Health Employer\u27s Consortium, which is one of eight such federally funded programs across the nation country designed to put people with serious psychiatric illnesses back to work. Maine is leading the nation with 40 percent of the people in the program back to work. The expected rate at this stage of the program is only 10 percent. More than 12 local businesses have joined the consortium The program has been so successful that programs are being planned for Waterville, Augusta, and Lewiston. Details
