Ninety-four percent of Maine business leaders said they consider the state\u27s overall business climate poorer than in other states and Canada. The report offered some positive news for the state\u27s vocational/technical education system as well as the construction industry. To improve the results of the next survey, the business community should partner with Maine\u27s educational institutions, invest in employee development programs and collaborate to drive pro-business initiatives
