Focus: Building & Real Estate piece on the Maine Construction Careers Alliance (MCCA), a collaboration of more than 20 organizations working to promote career opportunities in Maine\u27s construction industry and help connect potential workers to training and employment resources. Pittsfield-based contractor Cianbro Corp. estimates that the field of 31,000 current construction workers in Maine should be boosted by at least 6,000 skilled tradespeople.
