Focus on Greater Bangor piece on Mark Wellman\u27s new regional magazine, Bangor Metro. Besides local distribution, the magazine is distributed in more than 3,000 waiting rooms in a six-county region. In 1987, Wellman founded Marketing Media LLC of Bangor, and before launching his magazine he did extensive research. He says the magazine has been breaking even, using staff and resources already in place at Marketing Media. Once Bangor Metro has proven itself in the market, Wellman and co-founder Tori Britton plan to duplicate their model in other regions
