Business Maine piece reporting that group owning the Maine Mall in South Portland decided early this year to sell the mall. The group, which includes the New York State Teachers\u27 Retirement System, Philadelphia-based Cigna Corp. and S. R. Weiner, a Boston real estate developer, has retained Rockwood Realty, a New York real estate investment banker, to market the mall, which is said to be valued at $245 million. The real estate includes the entire Maine Mall property--currently numbering more than 130 vendors--with the exception of department stores owned by Macy\u27s and Sears
