Focus: Down East Region piece on the Boat School in Eastport, which the state of Maine will formally return to Eastport, its original owner, later this month. By 2008, Husson College will oversee courses at the school rather than the school\u27s longtime steward, Washington County Community College (WCCC). The Boat School, located in a waterfront business park called the Maine Marine Technology Center, was founded in Calais in 1969 and moved to Eastport in 1978.
