Chris and Karee Rhoades recently acquired H.F. Pinkham Inc.--a Milbridge- and Machias-based hardware and lumber retailer--from David and Rhonda Pinkham. Karee (nee Amato), a Casco native, and Chris, 39, a Nevada native, live in Falmouth. Chris, a fan of financier Warren Buffet, bought the company as an investment, and is hiring Steve Veilleaux, a Maine native, to run the company\u27s day-to-day operations. During the month leading up to the sale, Rhodes gave Mainebiz access to the acquisition process. With details on that process
