City piece about Jerry Boivin, 58, a homosexual, who was allegedly assaulted on Portland\u27s Congress Street on June 13 because of his sexual orientation. After the alleged assault, Boivin seemed pretty adamant about leaving town, but he has just recently moved into the Lafayette Square apartment building at 638, where his alleged attackers hang out. Boivin said that while he is still fearful of being attacked, he refuses to be intimidated. Police have not yet arrested anyone for the assault, but they say the investigation is ongoing
