City piece on a new teen advocacy effort being started at Portland\u27s Preble Street Resource Center. Currently, 150 to 200 teens and adults use the existing advocacy program, which offers help finding housing, mental-health counseling, employment and other needed services. But Darryl Dotson, a consumer advocate at the center, said the teens are leery about working with the adults.
