City piece on the local punk rock magazine Rag. Co-founder Heather Mae-O says the formerly bi-weekly publication will now come out quarterly with the next issue due for publication in July. Started last May by Mae-O and Sarah Oleksyk, the photocopied magazine began as an irreverent take on local political and social issues. But before it stopped printing in late winter, more recent editions contained insightful articles dealing with such pertinent issues as Portland\u27s coolest scenester and a soft-core pornography piece dedicated to local political columnist Al Diamon
