City piece on the local punk rock magazine Rag. Co-founder Heather Mae-O says the formerly bi-weekly publication will now come out quarterly with the next issue due for publication in July. Started last May by Mae-O and Sarah Oleksyk, the photocopied magazine began as an irreverent take on local political and social issues.
