City piece on the Stone Coast Brewing Co. in Portland, a brewery, restaurant and music venue that recently closed. Stone Coast opened in January 1996 in a building in the city\u27s Old Port section owned by J. B. Brown and Sons, a Portland real estate firm. Grant Wilson, Stone Coast\u27s owner, said the club was being charged over $150,000 a year in rent, and the landlord was unwilling to reduce that figure. Wilson, who also leases the State Theatre in Portland for larger shows, said he hopes to reopen Stone Coast somewhere else in the future
