Some believe Jeffrey is laying the groundwork for reinvigorating local radio in the state. Formerly, Jeffrey was part owner of Fuller-Jeffrey Broadcasting, a media juggernaut that bought over a dozen radio stations across the country before selling most of them in 1999 to Citadel Communications of Las Vegas for $63 million.
