Cover Story piece on the filming of Traditional Family Vampires, a movie that runs only 16 minutes, but was almost two years in the planning stage. It cost nearly $14,000, and took seven days to shoot and hundreds of hours of postproduction work. Bob Poirier, the film\u27s 30-year-old executive producer and director, says it\u27s not going to pay for itself, but it does show what he, as an artist, and the team he has assembled, can do. Along with his film projects, Poirier acts regularly in local theater productions, and works as a location manager and associate producer type for national documentaries and commercial assignments.
