Cover Story piece on Kathleen\u27s Green Machine, a small Portland company co-owned by sisters Kathleen and Moria Casey that manages recyclables for 36 small businesses on the Portland peninsula because they don\u27t produce enough individually to interest large waste brokers. The Casey\u27s take the materials to Regional Waste Systems\u27 recycling bins because they don\u27t have storage space in which to accumulate enough material to sell it profitably.
