According to the Portland Press Herald, Portland police chief Mike Chitwood said his officers instigated a recent inspection by the city\u27s fire and code enforcement departments because they suspect drug use at the theater. Whittaker is willing to make compromises, but has lost $4,000 over the last seven months and said he can\u27t keep the theater open any longer without some cooperation and financial help
