City piece on former state representative Annette Hoglund and her husband, Peter Hoglund Sr., who have announced they have closed their Portland business, Yankee Bingo, which ran its last game Dec. 1. The Hoglunds sold their share of the business in mid-December to their former partner, Carl Shaw, who plans to sell the business to a real estate partnership called Melco Limited Liability. But Dan Coine, one of three Melco partners, said the deal may not go through because of what he described as the intense animosity between Shaw and the Hoglunds, which he said grew out of the Hoglunds\u27 financial difficulties
