City piece on a Maine Human Rights Commission ruling that determined a sculpture, a painting and some bathroom graffiti created an environment of sexual harassment at the Maine College of Art (MECA) last year. Now the school is being sued by Kate Webb, a former director of student life at MECA, who complained in 1997 that the school wrongly allowed a group of male students to target her and other women in their artwork. Webb was fired for complaining about the offensive nature of the pieces.
