Carlene Harvey, a former power engineer at the Regional Waste Systems incinerator in Portland, is suing RWS for sexual harassment and discrimination. Harvey filed suit February 6 in U.S. District Court claiming co-workers and supervisors called her names and retaliated against her after she filed a complaint with the Maine Human Rights Commission in 1996. Pat Dunn, attorney for RWS, said the accusations are groundless
