Nadeen Daniels, assistant city manager, city clerk, and head of the Department of Public Works and Department of Parks and Recreation for the city of Portland, has announced her resignation effective June 2. Portland city manager Robert Ganley said Daniels had probably saved the city $1 million in salaries, and he hopes she will continue to work for the city as a management consultant
