Update on Portland\u27s proposed arts district. Alex Jaegerman, chief planner for Portland, this week presented a preliminary revised arts district plan to the City Council. Under the plan, the Portland Arts and Cultural Alliance would be responsible for overseeing arts district programming. No date has been set for the formal presentation of the final arts district plan to the City Council
