The Neighborhood Action Coalition of Greater Portland will use part of a $75,000 federal grant to survey residents of Portland\u27s West End to find out what kind of business they would like to see in the first floor of the People\u27s Building on Brackett Street. The Good Day Market will move to a new location this fall, and options for the space include leasing it to someone and a joint venture between Youth In Action and another party
