Mainers will be voting in November on a referendum sponsored by Concerned Maine Families that would ban gay rights. Mike Poulin, an Auburn lawyer who worked to repeal the 1993 Lewiston gay rights ordinance, has drafted an anti-discrimination bill that he claims will be more appealing to moderate voters
