Deirdre Nice, owner of Silly\u27s restaurant, and Auburn attorney Bill Maselli have purchased the historic St. Lawrence church on Munjoy Hill, built in 1897 and sold by the congregation for $105,000 in 1986. The two plan to rehabilitate the church and use it for a variety of purposes, including artistic and educational endeavors, a whole foods restaurant, a cafe, an art gallery and as a venue for films and music.
