Coffee farming is one of the most important economic pillars of the Colombian countryside, due to the high quality of the pergamino coffee. To ensure their organoleptic properties are preserved, it is important that the moisture content within the dry coffee bean remains around 11%, otherwise its quality deteriorates; this is the reason why moisture control is essential during the marketing process and storage of this product.
