This study examines the effectiveness of positive psychotherapy on anxiety, depression and stress in patients with cardiovascular diseases. For this purpose, a sample of 56 cases of patient with cardiovascular disease, according to specified criteria and sampling were selected and divided into two groups of 28 into two control and testing groups. In order to collect data from New Mac Quality of Life Questionnaire was used. Also positive psychotherapy training sessions during 90-minute sessions in six weeks on the experimental group.
