On the basis of the accepted design of cylindrical motor the method of mechanical characteristics determination is presented. Measuring system and the data of velocity v = v(t) are presented. This was the basis for determination of mechanical characteristics of electromechan- ical energy transducer of linear motion exemplified by cylindrical motor and linear induction flat motor of comparable exploitation parameters
