An annotated bibliography of Paraguayan music for piano

This study is an annotated bibliography of the existing works written for piano by Paraguayan composers throughout history, in order to put into public knowledge what is available in the piano literature of Paraguay. The study compiles a brief history of the music of Paraguay, information about the Paraguayan composers, description of all the works, and a separate chapter dealing with piano transcriptions.The bibliography is arranged alphabetically by composer\u27s last name. The entries in the bibliography include the composer biography, title and year of each work, approximate duration, style characteristics, level of difficulty, performance procedure, pianistic challenges, and availability of the work
