Abstract

Vic Kirk's Burrell showman's road locomotive steam traction engine No.3833 'Queen Mary', registration 'BR1498' (built 1920). Ex Anderton and Rowland. New to Alf Payne in 1920. In 1923 moved to Anderton and Rowland. From 1944 it was travelled by Mrs Flo Symonds. It was bought by Viv Kirk for preservation in 1950. Photographed at Appleford Traction Engine Rally, 1965
