This study investigated the principals’ management of disruptive innovations for teaching in public secondary schools in five local government areas in Kogi state. Two research questions and two hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The descriptive survey research design was adopted. The population was made up of 200 principals both junior and senior secondary schools in five local government areas of Kogi state. The multi-stage stratified random sampling technique through balloting was used to draw the sample size of 135 principals representing 67.50%.
