Abstrak Indonesia decision to cooperate with China in the Belt and Road Initiative project has generated mixed reponses from the public. The Investment is used to build infrasrucrure both inside and outside of java. With the development of infrastructure, growth will increasingly develop, and human resources will be increasingly nedded. In addition, increasing cooperation is Business to Business ( B2B).
