Introduction: Allergic diseases include a wide range of symptoms such as asthma, rhinitis, urticaria, eczema, and gastrointestinal symptoms that are becoming increasingly prevalent in today’s world. Exposure to food allergens is one of the contributing factors for allergic diseases in humans.
