This study focused on the relationship between Manpower development and Job satisfaction in the educational sector in Nigeria. Survey research design was employed and Simple random sampling technique (probabilistic technique) was used to select the sample size from the respondents. A total of 120 respondents were selected from the population in which 100 responses were accurate and found analyzable for this research. Questionnaire was used to collect the data from the respondents, and the data collected were subjected to Pearson Product Moment correlation and Regression analytical methods.
