Objective: To present our experience in the management and outcome of posterior fossa epidural hematoma (PFEDH).Materials and Methods: It was a descriptive study, conducted in Head injury unit Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar, from December 2009 to October 2012. All patients having traumatic posterior fossa extradural hematoma confirmed on CT Brain were included in this study. The information regarding patient demographical details, clinical presentation, operative finding and post operative follow-up findings were entered into a semi structure Performa.
