Stress is define as a dynamic condition in which an individual is confronted with an opportunity , constraint , demand related to what he or she desires and for which the outcome is perceived to be both uncertain and important. Organizational role stress comes from three sectors i.e. job and organization, social factor and intra-psychic factor. Organizational commitment is defined as “an individual psychological bond to the organization, including a sense of job involvement, loyalty and belief in the values of the organization”.
