This dissertation was conducted via a systematic review of evidence based research on the impacts of workplace bullying on organizational climate. Using a systematic review of scholarly literature (2003–2016), this dissertation synthesized and combined evidence on the impacts of workplace bullying on organizational climate with the aim of discovering implications for management. Evidence pointed to impacts to individuals within organizations and direct impacts to organizational climate. Findings indicated that workplace bullying was positively related to trickle-down/systemic workplace bullying, negative reciprocity, threats to health and wellness, stress and mental strain, errors and low productivity, workgroup deviance, low perception of ...
