Generational diversity is a reality of today’s workforce. Unique historical events, age location, and social experiences of four generations of employees in the workforce today has influenced differences in values, attitudes, life experiences and beliefs. Workplace conflicts between Traditionalist, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y exist when these differences in values, attitudes, life experiences and beliefs are not understood or managed.
