PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU: PENELITIAN KORELASIONAL DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SARIBU LABIAH GUGUS V NAGARI LUBUK JANTAN KECAMATAN LINTAU BUO UTARA

Effect of competence and motivation work to teacher performance: research correlational in Elementry School State Saribu Labiah Gugus V Nagari Lubuak Jantan in district Lintau Buo Utara. Based on the first observations, it was found that the teacher’s performance is relatively low, especially in preparing teaching devices. It is presumably related to the techers’ competence and the work motivation. This study intends to reveal the magnitude of the contribution of techers’ competence and the work motivation of teachers’ performance.This research intent to know contributions of the techers’ competence and work motivation of teachers’ performance. The three hypotheses proposed are: (1) the contribution of the teachers’ competence of teachers’ performance, (2) the contribution of the work motivation of teachers’ performance, (3) contribution of techers’ competence and work motivation collectively on the performance of the teachers.The population of this study consists of 242 country elementary school teachers in Kecamatan Lintau Buo Utara. The sample of the study consists of 47 challenged people by using system makes a killing random sampling. The data were collected with a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested the validity and its reliable.Kata Kunci: kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja gur
