İlköğretim Fen ve Teknoloji Dersinde İnovasyon (Yenilikçi) Proje Uygulamaları ve Öğrenciler Üzerindeki Etkileri

The purpose of this study is to investigate effect of innovative projects that groups attended on students’ achievement, creativity, academic self concept and attitudes towards Science and Technology course. 67 sixth grade primary school students participated in this study. For this study the quasi experimental design with pre test and post test was applied in this research. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used for data analysis. There was no differences between experimental and control groups before the application. After the application significant differences were found in terms of achievement and academic self concept in the favor of experimental group. In addition, between pre test and post test aritmethic mean scores of experimental and control groups, significant differences were found. It was also found that students in experimental group had positive opinions regarding innovative or innovation projects.Bu araştırmanın amacı, İlköğretim Fen ve Teknoloji dersinde grupla yenilikçi (inovasyon) projeler oluşturmanın öğrencilerin başarılarına, yaratıcılıklarına, akademik benliklerine ve Fen ve Teknoloji dersine yönelik tutumlarına etkisini tespit etmektir.Çalışmaya 67 ilköğretim 6.sınıf öğrencisi katılmış ve deney ve kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel ve nicel veri toplama yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, uygulama öncesinde deney ve kontrol grupları arasında fark olmadığı; uygulama sonrasında ise, başarı ve akademik benlik puanları açısından deney grubu lehine anlamlı bir farkın olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, deney ve kontrol gruplarında ön test-son test puan ortalamaları arasında başarı testi son test puanındaki artışın anlamlı olduğu ve inovasyon projeleri ile ilgili deney grubu öğrencilerinin olumlu görüşlere sahip olduğu bulunmuştur
