ISO 14000 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi Standartları ve Okullarda Uygulaması

Today, the issue of environmental pollution, which is spreading and threatening life, is now being considered with greater attention. For this reason, the ISO 14000 Standards of Environmental Management System has been created through designing the environment in an international framework together with the concepts of management and standardization. Starting such an understanding with schools will let new generations have a new perspective towards the environment. In this article the following items are dealt with: Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Quality Environmental Management (TQEM), ISO 14000 Standards of Environmental Management System, certification according to these standards, the application of ISO 14000 Environmental Management System and their benefits to schools and the environment.Bugün gittikçe artan ve canlı hayatını tehdit eden çevre kirliliği konusu, artık daha bilinçli bir biçimde ele alınmıştır. Bu nedenle çevre, yönetim ve standardizasyon kavranılan ile birlikte uluslararası bir boyutta tasarlanarak ISO 14000 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi Standartlan oluşturulmuştur. Böyle bir anlayışın okullardan başlaması, yeni nesillerin çevreye bakış tarzını daha bilinçli hale getirecektir. Bu makalede, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY) ve Toplam Kalite Çevre Yönetimi (TKÇY), ISO 14000 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi Standartlan, bu standartlara göre belgelendirme ve ISO 14000 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi’nin okula uygulanması ile okula ve çevreye olan yararlan üzerinde durulmuştur
