Convention Relating to the Regulation of Aerial Navigation signed at Paris, October 13, 1919, drew up the convention relating to the regulation of air navigation. The convention is also known as Paris convention. Twenty six countries participated in the convention and voted to give each nation’s complete and exclusive sovereignty over the airspace above its territory.
