In this research work, the researcher hopes to closely examine the conduct and roles of training and development on employees performance on organization development in Zenith Bank plc as a case study. The fact that the banking industry operates on effective risk assessment and management, any bank seeking to improve its performance must put forward an effective risk appraisal mechanism without compromising the satisfaction of its valued customers.
