Personality development and change has become increasingly important in understanding how many natural processes occur. Researchers have studied identifiable patterns of preferences that have been proven as underlying factors in career decisions. The purpose of this study was to provide insight into how personality types and preferences are utilized in the process of making a career decision in the hospitality industry.
