Chinese government has proposed several new ways and demands of establishing and protecting the environment, in order to promote the ecological environment governance, under the leadership of Xi Jinping in the context of better development of all the Chinese people and the whole nation. We point out the difficulties faced, analyze the reasons for that and provide the solutions to it, when our state tried to governance the environment in the characteristics of stages. It provided lots of practical significance while contributing to help develop the environmental governance and the modernization of governance capacity
